Worlds… best… boyfriend
Worlds…. greatest ….friends
I have been on the search for the perfect over knee boots for a while, and after my colleague mentioned the Stuart Weitzman Highland, I knew I had to get them. I ended up buying the last pair in all of New York (according to the super-seller…) Now I just need a faux fur and the perfect just got out of bed hair and a visit to my ex (as in London).. Kate Moss is always an inspiration
The best thing about pleated puffy skirts is that they look really great when you are dancing. The worst ting is that there is a 99% chance you bum will be showing when doing so. Lets just say a lot of the images from this shoot are for boyfriends eyes only..
The skirt is from T By Alexander Wang and made in neoprene, such a cool and playful fabric! I am pairing it with a wool jumper from T By Alexander Wang, Isabel Marant boots and Proenza Schouler clutch bag
Every season are there a few carefully selected items that I decide to put some extra money into. Classical pieces or even trend pieces that I know I am going to wear over and over again is what I have learned over the years (and several shopping mistakes) to invest in. I am sure a pink coat can be that item for some, but for me is this one of the times I without any doubt go for the budget version, in spite of the fact that the five year old in me is screaming for the Carven bubblegum coat. I do love pink at the moment, but it is not a colour I normally go for and I know I am going to be over the whole pastel thing in a nanosecond. So thank lord (at least lord Phillip Green) for Topshop!
Pairing it with Rika leopard top/ J Dauphin leather leggings / Isabel Marant boots
It is still summer in London, but the Indian summer heat wave is definitely over for this time. I don’t really mind (remind me I said that in a month please), the only reason being that I have a new knitted jumper that is the most comfortable piece of clothing I have ever owned. Isabel Marant Etoile is still my favourite when it comes to knitwear. I am pairing it with checks and leather as I am currently on my way to Angel for a casual hangout at the taco-place (oh the luxurious life I live..) with my dog and boyfriend, before I am dressing up for my friends 30th birthday party this evening.
I hope everyone are having a lovely weekend.
